This is a guided one-on-one journey designed to help you develop a deep, embodied mindfulness practice —integrating both modern approaches and traditional contemplative wisdom.
Not to fix yourself — but to understand, accept, and reconnect with who you are.
Over the course of ten sessions, you will be introduced to the foundations of Western mindfulness, including both its theoretical understanding and practical application.
Through guided sessions and consistent personal practice, you will gradually learn to observe your inner experience with greater clarity, stability, and openness.
At the same time, this journey also opens a doorway to a more traditional and source-based approach to mindfulness, rooted in Buddhist contemplative practices.

About the guide
With over ten years of monastic training and a doctoral focus on mindfulness in Zen contexts. I offer a grounded and deeply experiential approach to inner work.
My work is not about giving answers — but about guiding you to see clearly for yourself.
This is not about achieving a particular state, but about rediscovering your innate capacity for awareness.
