3. Cancellation & Refund Policy (キャンセル・返金ポリシー / 退改政策)

[English] To ensure the quality of our personalized sessions, the following policy applies:

• 7 days or more before the scheduled date: Full refund (minus transaction fees).

• 3 to 6 days before the scheduled date: 50% refund.

• Within 48 hours of the scheduled date: No refund.

• Rescheduling: Requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance.

• Force Majeure: Full refund or reschedule if Tsukiwa cancels due to extreme weather or emergencies.

• 実施日の7日前まで： 全額返金（決済手数料を差し引いた金額）。

• 実施日の3〜6日前まで： 50%返金。

• その他： 天候不良や緊急事態により中止した場合は、全額返金または振替対応をいたします。
