With over twenty years of Zen practice, her work is grounded in both long-term training and lived experience.
Her path includes years of monastic training as well as academic research, allowing her to bridge traditional Chan (Zen) practice with contemporary understanding in a clear and accessible way.
Qualifications & Approach
She has taught in UK higher education and holds a counselling qualification (TQUK), along with a Certificate of Mindfulness Practice from the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors (AIPC). Her work gently integrates these diverse perspectives—the scholarly, the clinical, and the contemplative—into a deeply attentive approach to personal guidance.
